"(the winery's flagship wine, aged for two years in mostly new French oak) Red-ruby color. Dee p, evolving aromas of redcurrant, truffle, nut skin and roasted oak. Chewy, sweet and rich, with intense, nicely focused flavors of redcurrant and truffle. Offers lovely inner-mouth energy and finishes long, ripe and fine."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
The world's most planted premium red grape, yielding deeply colored, tannic and structured wines with cassis, cedar and graphite notes. Firm tannins and acidity make it exceptionally age-worthy, whether as a varietal or the backbone of a Bordeaux blend.
Produces plush, supple, fruit-forward reds with plum and chocolate notes. Softer and earlier-maturing than Cabernet, it adds flesh and roundness to blends and stars in Right Bank Bordeaux.
