"The 2005 Dellchen SpÀtlese is a lovely wine which is cut in a much more delicate style than the two above wines, as it offers up a complex bouquet of apple, peach, a bit of petrol, and gentle soil tones. On the palate the wine is medium-full, discreet and quite elegant, with good mid-palate depth, fine focus, rather understated acidity, and a lovely long finish."

The spiritual home of Riesling, producing wines of piercing acidity, precision and longevity across a spectrum from bone-dry to lusciously sweet. Cool, steep-sloped vineyards along the Mosel and Rhine yield some of the world's most delicate, long-lived whites.
A highly aromatic white of piercing acidity and transparency to terroir, ranging from bone-dry to lusciously sweet. It ages remarkably and is the noble grape of Germany and Alsace.
