"Made from declassified lots destined for McPrice’s Beautiful Earth and Altas Vinas (released under his McPrice Myers label), the 2010 Hand Over Fist is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre that comes from west side Paso Robles vineyards. Aged 20 months in French oak puncheons, it offers up a solid array of licorice, black fruits, earth and hints of leather to go with a medium to full-bodied, supple and beautifully balanced palate that carries juicy acidity and fine tannin. Another winner, it’s a rock- solid bottle of wine. . ."
