"The barest hint of lactic acid detracts ever-so-slightly from the otherwise marvelously spicy, elegant and complex black fruit nose that is maturing nicely and is classic Vosne in character. The flavors are rich, full, sweet and velvety with moderate amounts of the usual Brulées muscle and power but no trace of rusticity, all wrapped in a long and mouth coating finish. This is a really impressive effort and if you find that you're not sensitive to lactic acid, you may very this wine deserves an even higher score as it certainly is most seductive. I would be drinking this wine now and over the next 5 to 10 years as it has arrived at its majority."
