"From Ehren Jordan’s estate vineyard, the 2005 Syrah Estate is a dead-ringer for a top-notch Crozes-Hermitage. Unfortunately, there are only 125 cases of this deep ruby/purple-tinged effort. Aromas of tapenade, creme de cassis, cherries, smoke, and charcoal along with good underlying acidity are found in this beautifully pure Syrah."
