"Full ruby-red. Cassis, espresso, lead pencil and cedary, spicy oak on the nose. Fat, dense and fleshy, with enticingly ripe flavors of black raspberry and chocolate. Finishes with very good length; chewy, sweet tannins suffuse the palate. Quite satisfying for this bottling."
