"A proprietary Bordeaux blend (mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with a bit of Merlot and Petit Verdot included), the 2001 Puzzle is a firmly structured, tannic offering. While it is nearly impenetrable, gobs of fruit, significant depth, and a long, structured, firm finish are apparent. It tastes like a young Bordeaux rather than a typical North Coast California Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend."
