"Medium ruby. Youthful, high-pitched aromas of blackberry, cherry, ground coffee, gingerbread and freshly cracked pepper, complicated by floral notes of violet and lavender. Tangy, sappy cherry and redcurrant on the palate, with sexy, insinuating notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and mace. An altogether suave, poised shiraz that promises immediate as well as longer-term gratification."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
The world's most planted premium red grape, yielding deeply colored, tannic and structured wines with cassis, cedar and graphite notes. Firm tannins and acidity make it exceptionally age-worthy, whether as a varietal or the backbone of a Bordeaux blend.
