"[From a parcel in the subclimat En la Richarde plus another toward Champ Gain at the very top of Folatières; vine age is between 30 and 32 years and this was aged in 1/3 new oak.] Classic Folatières in style with Chablis-like fruit of citrus and a slight undercurrent of green apple and flavors seemingly created from liquid minerals. This is lean, taut and muscular, almost chiseled in character with a subtle, intense purity of expression and impressive length."
