"Full ruby-red. Explosive nose offers black raspberry, cassis, blueberry, mocha, espresso and violet. Sweet, rich and multifaceted, with rich, deep flavors of black raspberry, bitter chocolate and game. Perfectly integrated acids give the highly aromatic finish superb persistence. Tannins are sweet and broad. It's hard to imagine premier cru much better than this in 2000."
