" While notably ripe the nose retains admirable freshness and plenty of Chablis character with floral, citrus, iodine, seaweed and oyster shell hints. In much the same vein, there is a saline character to the round, rich and succulent medium-bodied flavors that possess good verve and solid power on the detailed, balanced and impressively persistent finish. This is a really lovely wine that is at once very '05 yet is refreshing, vibrant and utterly delicious plus the abundant dry extract really coats on the mouth."
