"The 2019 Kloof Street Chenin Blanc underwent a natural ferment with minimal SO2 addition. It has a knockout bouquet for an entry-level Chenin, featuring beautiful orange blossom and apricot scents mixed with hints of lemon thyme. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity and impressive tension and energy. Poised all the way through to the finish, this is a superb Kloof Street Chenin Blanc that serves as a perfect introduction to Chris and Andrea Mullineux’s wines." |
