"The 2017 Bourgogne Blanc from Domaine Rapet is a very strong example of its level, with superb mineral drive that is not always part of the equation at this level. The complex and vibrant bouquet offers up scents of lemon, apple, chalky minerality, a touch of paraffin, dried flowers and a whisper of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and focused, with an excellent core, lovely soil signature, zesty acids and impressive length and grip on the finish. Fine juice." |
