"The 2018 Chablis Les Pargues is a very pretty, exotic wine. Sweet floral notes, passion fruit, mint and lemon confit give the 2018 a decidedly exotic flair to play off its airy, lifted personality. Apricot, mint and light tropical notes add character to this very pretty, expressive Chablis that is a bit tight on the finish but will open up nicely with time." |
