"Pale yellow. Ripe stone fruits and almond on the nose. A bit more reticent and mineral-driven than the Pouilly-Vinzelles, without quite that wine's sweetness and richness. Quite broad and deep in the mouth but with strong lemony acidity keeping it a bit disjointed in the early going. Finishes dry and firm, with a light touch and dusty minerality. Lovely juice." |
