95-97 WA. "Laurent’s 2005 Chambertin Clos des Beze smells of jellied and candied black raspberry and cherry, lilies, and game. Rich and creamy on the palate, it lingers with great subtlety of floral and mineral, a wine nearly as concentrated as its Chambertin stable mate, but almost its alter ego for its refinement and the way it sneaks up in the finish and compels rapt attention."
