"The 2003 Perigree – Seven Hills Estate is the winery’s flagship red and comes from the oldest and best blocks of the Seven Hills Vineyard (owned by the winery in partnership with Pepper Bridge Winery and Leonetti Cellar). It is composed of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, and 7% Cabernet Franc. It delivers aromas of pain grille, spice box, cassis, and black cherry. It has a supple palate-feel with oodles of ripe, sweet, layered dark fruit, soft tannins, and excellent depth.
