An exotically perfumed bouquet evokes poached pear, toasted nuts, lemon curd and smoky minerals; smells a lot like a wine from the Jura. Sappy, broad and dry, displaying an array of intense orchard and pit fruit flavors that are given spine and bite by firm acidity.
