"I drank this amazing wine last night with friends at Dal Pescatore Santini restaurant near Cremona, Italy. Coche is a legendary white winemaker. This was extraordinary in depth and finesse. Full-bodied yet bright and silky. It was almost like a red wine texturally. Ginger, cooked apple and light cream. Then gun metal and flint. It still seems closed and tight. Decant before serving."
