Deep yellow but no browning. A simply fabulous and notably nose that offers huge depth and superb breadth as there are layers upon layers of spice, caramel, exotic fruit, citrus and herbal notes but hints of sous bois as this is fully mature. The flavor profile is equally awe-inspiring with it delicious, intense and mouth filling flavors that are textured, very pure and possess absolutely perfect balance on the unbelievably long finish. A wine of majesty and sheer class as everything is in perfect proportion and there is very much of a Zen-like feel here. Tasted twice recently with identical results. In a word, fantastic!
