Lot #1221. Comte Georges de Vogüé Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 2012

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 93 AM.
"From younger vines in Musigny of less than 25 years of age. Deep but translucent ruby. An exceptionally floral nose displays cool and airy aromas that seem to be composed of essence of raspberry and dark currant along with plenty of spice nuances. There is an intense minerality to the medium-bodied flavors that possess fine mid-palate concentration, all wrapped in a saline-inflected and explosive finish that flirts with austerity before rounding off. 2012 is clearly a very powerful vintage for this wine and it is going to require plenty of bottle age." Provenance: The Mesa Cellar
Lot Location: Orange County
Estimate: $350
