93 WA. "The 2016 Chablis 1er Cru Les Roncières offers up attractive aromas of green apples, white flowers, lime zest and rock salt. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and pure, with good concentration, tangy acids and a bright, delineated finish. Piuze and I were discussing the limitations of the vintage, and he presented this Roncières as an example of 'a good 2016' — and I wasn't disappointed." Wine Advocate #238, Aug 2018 |
